About Me

Born and raised in Maine, USA. Having spent my youth on the coast of Maine and French Province of Quebec I was exposed to multi-cultural influences that enriched my life and language. I came to Europe in 1983 and have been here ever since. I am married to Christiane and we have two daughters Emily and Helen.

 

 

Education

I graduated from Hebron Academy in 1977 and from the University of Mainein 1982 (Bachelors of Arts in Public Management with Pi Sigma Alpha Honors).  In 1992 I completed a Masters in Education from Boston University.
